Bermuda is recognised as the world’s leading domicile for Captives.

As the name suggests, Bermuda Captive Owners Association is an association of companies owning captives domiciled in Bermuda.  As a practical matter, often the member is the captive itself.

The purpose of the Association is described in the “About BCOA” section of this website.

The website enables you to find more information about BCOA and post questions you have regarding your existing or proposed captive.  It also includes information on how to join the BCOA and contact information should you have any questions regarding membership.
